Extended HelpDesk hours and setting up your laptop using the online Tech Check. #AnnounceIT

Welcome DePauw Students,

We are glad to have you on campus!

Please remember to get your laptop ready for class by going through the Tech Check. (Hint: To avoid long lines at the HelpDesk do this in your dorm room.) The Tech Check is available by clicking on the For Students tab on the IT KnowledgeBase. For those who experience issues with the Tech Check, please stop by the HelpDesk. We are located on the lower level of the Student Union Building.

The HelpDesk is also offering extended support focused on setting up the network, printers, and virus protection on your laptops. Our hours for the next two weeks are:
  • Monday, 8/22, and Tuesday, 8/23, from 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the HelpDesk
  • Wednesday, 8/24, and Thursday, 8/25, from 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the HelpDesk, AND 7 – 10 p.m. at the Library
  • Friday, 8/26, our normal hours from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the HelpDesk
  • Monday, 8/29, through Thursday, 9/1 from 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the HelpDesk
  • Friday, 9/2, our normal hours from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the HelpDesk
